Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Aetherify Chrome Extension and web dashboard (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must not attempt to access other users’ data.

Your content

You own the prompts and content you store in Aetherify. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

Do not store content you do not have rights to store. Do not store secrets you can’t risk sharing (no system is perfect).

Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, or abusive use.
• No attempts to disrupt the Service (scraping, probing, exploitation, or reverse engineering).
• No uploading malware or attempting to bypass authentication/authorization.

AI enhancement

If you use “Enhance”, your text will be sent to a third-party AI provider to generate an output. Outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before use.

We aim to provide generous enhancement access for all users. To keep the Service reliable, we may apply fair use limits or temporary throttling if usage appears abusive or disrupts the Service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled. Taxes and refunds (if any) are governed by the checkout terms presented at purchase time.

Cancellation & refunds

• You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.
• If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a service issue, contact support and we will review your request.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of access while the issue is resolved.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service, other users, or ourselves.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aetherify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.
